Tim Alteri from Alteri’s Landscaping has informed us that the dock removal process will start on or about Tuesday, October 13, weather permitting. Please make arrangements to have your boat and any items on your dock removed by then.
Tim has also informed us that the dock removal fee will be increasing slightly, due to higher equipment, fuel and labor costs. The fee will increase from $250 to $275 for the fall dock removal season. This fee not only includes the time, equipment and labor to physically remove the dock, but storage of your dock at the various Peck-owned access points at Sunrise Bay, Beaver Bay and Holiday Point.
For those of you who are Tim’s customers, he has also indicated that he may start removing empty docks that don’t have a boat, before the 13th (weather permitting).
